  • Speed 4. The concrete mixture is compressed at the design spinning rate. The spin time is t = 10-15 minutes.

Each step is distinguished by the product’s specific spinning speed, determined by the product’s size and the time necessary to maintain the set speed.

While the spinning duration of a reinforced concrete component in a steel mold is determined by the initial water-cement ratio in and the pressing pressure induced by centrifugal forces, the spinning rate of the centrifuge, and the size of the product.

How Long Do Concrete Utility Poles Last?
