There are a number of effective ways to remove black mold from concrete blocks.
However, the most ideal way is to scrub and clean the damaged areas with a mold-killing detergent, such as RMR-86 Instant Mold & Mildew Stain Remover, or a simple mix of home bleach and water is the best remedy.
Scrub vigorously to get down into the pores of the concrete. It’s also a good idea to rub the bleach into the concrete, then let it air dry in order to kill the mold on all surfaces of the concrete.
