An exemption has been put in place until the end of October 2021 for firms involved in Green Homes Grant and Local Authority Delivery Phase 1 schemes, but after this period PAS 2035 compliance will become compulsory.

What Are The Roles Of PAS 2035?

It does not require that each of these roles are carried out by separate individuals, so long as there are no unresolved conflicts of interest.
