How Do You Secure A Vapour Barrier To A Concrete Wall?

Stick the vapour barrier material on the foundation seal tape and secure it with mechanical fasteners.

Drill holes into the block through the plastic and the seal tape. If you drill through the seal tape, the plastic will not flake off when you remove the drill.

It is a good idea to capture large bits of concrete dust with a dustpan so that they do not fall on and damage the vapour barrier. Drill a hole close to the inside corner of either wall.
